PERSONALITY
Cecilia is the kind of person who can adjust her behavior to any given situation, molding her personality however she sees proper to fit what she thinks is expected of her. She's not a very decisive person, mostly due to the fact that she's generally content allowing other people to make choices for her. As it is, there are very few things she's has to do on her own throughout her life, since her family is wealthy enough to have their own staff, and she doesn't see anything wrong with the fact that she couldn't do laundry or cook a simple meal if it was needed of her. She does have a lazy streak in her because of the fact that little is expected of her, but she's been blessed with her mother's brains which has allowed her to fly through school with satisfactory grades without having to put in much effort. Anyhow, she's always known that pursuing higher education wouldn't likely be a priority or even a requirement for her, since her main role in the social circles she grew up in will be to look good on her husband's arm and entertain guests - and luckily for her, those are two things she can do very well.
She does have a rather sweet demeanor, in that pleasing others is something she's generally happy to do rather than a chore - likely due to the fact that she craves the approval and admiration of her peers. She is a bit self absorbed, and she does have a superiority complex at times, but then who wouldn't after being raised to believe they belong to the most respected and important family within their community? She's not exactly a model of virtue and morals, but she's not inclined to being mean for the fun of it, and she usually tries to be kind to anyone she meets, even if she sometimes does so in a patronizing way. She undoubtedly leads a privileged life, although she doesn't have to face that fact very often seeing as the people she surrounds herself with are in the same boat. To her, her family's wealth is the result of hard work, and anyone could achieve it if they were willing to put in the same effort her parents and grandparents have, so she wouldn't put much weight into any kind of criticism as to whether or not she deserves the life she has.
Like most everything else in her life, relationships aren't something she's had to put much effort into or figure out on her own. She's followed her mother and father's footsteps in that a match was set for her from childhood, leading her to spend countless hours with the boy who would someday become her husband. She's not been quite as lucky as her parents in that she didn't quite as easily develop feelings for him, but she would tell anyone who asks that she does love him - and by this point, she believes it herself also, having never experienced strong feelings toward anybody else and therefore not having much ground for comparison for what is and what isn't romantic love. He's smart, handsome and kind with her, and she feels comfortable in his presence, which makes her feel content and happy at the thought of sharing her life with him.
LIKES AND DISLIKES
Cecilia's favorite color is white, and she's not a fan of orange. She loves summer, and could do without spring. She's a cat person, and she hates spiders. She could eat smoked salmon any day of the week, and she craves strawberries and whipped cream most often, but she hardly ever eats fried foods, and dislikes flan. She's not a pop drinker, she much prefers lemonade. She loves to play piano and host guests, but dislikes cooking. Her best subject in school is English, and her worst is Math.
APPEARANCE
Cecilia is very particular about her appearance, and although that can make her seem rather vain at times, it also brings forth many insecurities about what she feels is less than perfect about herself. A good part of her morning routine is spent on styling her hair, whether she wants to wear it straight or wavy, as its natural state falls somewhere in between. She also keeps monthly appointments to ensure her roots are covered, as although she was blonde as a child, her hair has darkened over the years. Her skin is kept clear and smooth by means of expensive products, and although she as of now does not see appeal in cosmetic surgery, she often finds herself wishing her lips were not quite so thin. Her eyes are her biggest pride, a pale shade of blue framed by long (typically mascara coated) lashes beneath carefully shaped eyebrows. She has few curves, but her short and slim stature is satisfactory to her, although is frequently makes people view her as younger than she is. Her wardrobe is extensive, a mix of fashionable trendy clothes you would expect a college student to wear and sweet looking dresses that are just the thing for a proper southern girl to wear to various social events. She does have a bit of a lazy streak when it comes to exercise, so she makes use of a personal trainer to ensure she doesn't have to figure out how to keep herself in shape.
FAMILY DYNAMICS
Cecilia has always strived to be the perfect daughter, and she is very fond of her parents. She's especially close to her mother, and views her as what she should aspire to her - intelligent, poised, respected and resourceful. She frequently makes time to spend with her, whether it be by going shopping or by assisting her with any hosting duties she might have - which, of course, is a role she's been groomed for all her life as the daughter of such an influential couple. She greatly admires her father as well, for all he's achieved in his professional life, and she trusts his judgement without question. She knows what they expect out of her now that she's reached adulthood, and she is ready to fulfill those duties without hesitation or complaint. After all, they were satisfied to become parents to a daughter, even though it meant giving up on having an offspring of their own take over the family business. Making them proud, and continuing the family legacy and status they've built through marriage is what she was born to do, and she has never felt the need to question any of it.
